Dear friends, colleagues and interested people worldwide,
We have very, very good news for everybody who are considering participating in “The 12th European Taxidermy Championship, ETC®” in Budapest, Hungary, 20 to 27 September 2021.
As a special gesture, the organisation behind “One with Nature” – World of Hunting and Nature Exhibition and the Hungarian Foreign Ministry, have decided to open Hungary for all the participants in “The 12th European Taxidermy Championship, ETC®” in Budapest, Hungary, 20 to 27 September 2021
The below letter from “One With Nature” shows that there are no further uncertainties regarding the COVID-19 travel regulations related to entering Hungary for this event.

If you are coming from another EU-Country
From 1st July 2021 all travel into Hungary from other EU countries is permitted with a valid EU Digital COVID-19 Certificate or a negative COVID-19 test result obtained no more than 72 hours before entry.
If you are coming from a country outside EU
Here there are 2 scenarios:
- Your country of residence has a bilateral COVID-19 agreement with Hungary on accepting each other’s vaccination certificates that allow travel. The list of these countries is constantly expanding. You and your spouse/partner/family can enter Hungary without any complications.
- Your country of residencehas no bilateral COVID-19 agreementwith Hungary. You and your spouse/partner/family can enter Hungary with a “Personalised Invitation” issued by the “One with Nature Organising Committee” which will make the visit an official business trip. This will allow entry without restrictions.
You are entitled to get this “Personalised Invitation” if you are:
- an ETC® Judge (including spouse/partner)
- an ETC® Official (including spouse/partner)
- an ETC® Seminar Instructor (including spouse/partner)
- a Registered Competitor with entries in the ETC® competition (including spouse/partner) and have registered by the latest 10th September 2021
- a visitor for the “One With Nature” Exhibition with a ETC® Showpass (including persons covered in eventual Family Show Pass) and have registered by the latest 10th September 2021

You will receive the “Personalised Invitation” letter by the latest 1 week after the registration deadline of 10th September 2021
If your spouse/partner/family member accompanies you to Hungary, we also need the full name as in the passport, address , city, zip code and passport number for this person(s). You need to send this information separately the same day you register to: orsi@eurotaxidermy.eu
If you are an ETC® judge, ETC® Official or ETC® Seminar Instructor you will automatical receive the “Personalised Invitation” letter no later than 1 August 2021.
NB: Apart from the above, please be aware of the COVID-19 regulations in your country if you traveling. Most airlines demand a negative COVID-19 test certificate to be allowed to fly. Also check your country VISA requirements to Hungary.
