HOW THIS WORKS.
Anonymous Competition Entry Card
We are pleased to introduce a new option for competitors: the Anonymous Competition Entry Card, allowing participants to submit entries without displaying their names to the public, other taxidermists, or the judges.
This option is designed for taxidermists who may feel uncertain about showcasing their work and prefer to enter the competition without public recognition.
We understand that some talented artists might hesitate to participate for various reasons—perhaps you’re entering your first competition and are unsure of your skill level, your mount didn’t turn out exactly as you hoped, or you simply prefer to keep your participation private.
By offering anonymous submissions, we aim to create a more welcoming environment, encouraging everyone to showcase their craftsmanship without added pressure.
This approach not only fosters greater participation but also provides all artists with the opportunity to receive valuable feedback from our skilled panel of international judges. We believe this initiative will make the competition more inclusive and supportive for all.

Marketing Competition Entry Card
New exciting marketingopportunity at ETC® 2025.
In response to requests from visitors, taxidermists, and sponsors, we are thrilled to announce a new marketing opportunity at the 14th European Taxidermy Championships (ETC®).
The ETC® is dedicated to showcasing exceptional mounts, and we invite you to leverage the ‘Die Hohe Jagd und Fischerei’ expo as a platform to promote yourself, your company, or your sponsor to an expected audience of over 45,000 attendees in 2025.
For more than 25 years, our standard Competition Entry Card has included:
- Species name (Scientific and Common)
- Division in which the entry is competing
- Category
- Competitor’s name (displayed after judging as of 2023)
- Country (displayed after judging as of 2023)
We are now introducing the Marketing Competition Entry Card, which offers taxidermists, companies and sponsors the ability to promote their skills, products, and contact information, as well as share logos, biographies, achievements, credentials, photos, and more.
The additional Marketing Competition Entry Card will include:
- Competitor’s name (displayed after judging)
- Country (displayed after judging)
- Competitor’s or company’s telephone number
- Competitor’s or company’s email address
- Company or sponsor’s logo
- QR code linking to a detailed PDF page containing any of the following:
- Competitor and sponsor contact details
- Website links
- Sponsor logos
- Biographies, achievements, and credentials
- Photos and other relevant information
Competitors and sponsors must create their own A4 page and submit a PDF file to info@eurotaxidermy.eu by January 20, 2025. Please note that timely submission is essential, as we cannot guarantee the functionality of the QR code during the ETC® without receiving the PDF on time.
